-아/어 드리다 / -아/어 주다Doing something FOR someone (plain & respectful)

Use -아/어 주다 for friends, family, or people your own age. Swap in -아/어 드리다 instead of 주다 when doing it for someone older or someone you respect.

예문

• 내가 사 줄게.I'll buy it for you (casual, -주다).
• 제가 사 드릴게요.I'll buy it for you (respectful, -드리다).
• 내가 도와 줄게.I'll help you (casual, -주다).
• 제가 도와 드릴게요.I'll help you (respectful, -드리다).
• 제가 설명해 드릴게요.I'll explain it for you (respectful, -드리다).
