Verb stem + -ㄹ (vowel/ㄹ ending) / -을 (consonant ending) + Noun
The third and final 관형절 form — completing the trilogy! While -(으)ㄴ describes completed actions and -는 describes ongoing ones, -(으)ㄹ describes future, intended, or potential actions. Think: 'the person who WILL go / something I'm GOING TO do.' See L2 ep01 for the full -(으)ㄴ/는/ㄹ comparison table.
